I would also like to thank you for the time and energy you put in to remembering your clients needs. Always asking “how is the body feeling today?” and “what do you want to work on today?” has been a great way to keep myself and other clients involved in our fitness journey.
You have taught me a lot about how my body works, nutrition, injury prevention and immediate treatment as well as many excercises that I can take with me.

I’m healthier, fitter, thinner and more positive about life.Kate: I would say the best thing is being able to have as many sessions a week as you want. By increasing the nunber from 2 to 4 I have noticed a huge increase in my fitness - I even completed a 14km fun run!
Paul: Personal training works best when you thoroughly enjoy it and the trainer is tantamount to that. It is great to see results as well as enjoy the company of the people who train you. This has always been the case with you and your trainers. I have always felt like I belong there and that it is my Gym. You should be congratulated for that. You have instilled that atmosphere in the place and it has rubbed off on the people who work for you. I will genuinely miss the place and the people.
I will miss short and long corner runs, sit ups, push ups, dips with weights on my tummy, bench presses, step ups, leg presses and circuits that have me running with weights around the carpark but I will not miss the honesty machine in the back room… I never conquered it, and it is my enemy!

I worked with Jai Forster, throughout shooting Jonathan M. Shiff's television series Pirate Islands, The Lost Treasure of Fiji in 2006. My character, Pirate Lilly, required me to reach a higher level of personal fitness, muscle building and core strength.
I found Jai's personal training sessions inspiring and motivating. He certainly helped me achieve an overall sense of wellbeing and confidence when playing my character.

The thing I gained most with Jai was my motivation to get back into the gym. It was good that he pushed me because normally I'd be pretty content to have an easy session in the gym and still think that I would be gaining muscle, so it was good in that sense...
It helped with my character because when I was in Fiji I had lost some muscle definition and size so it was good to get some of that back for the Melbourne part of the shoot. It also helped me to feel good in the wardrobe I was given as well, as I was playing the lead character; I needed to have a strong physical presence...
I would recommend Jai to anyone who needed personal training.
