Personal training is a common routine for many people as they understand the immediate benefits and long term gains. Technically structured movement patterns that improve posture, balance, control and strength with a focus directed towards your specific goal. Personal Training becomes the vehicle that drives health and fitness, weight loss, strength, muscle gain, or rehabilitation from injury. Not to mention the unwritten benefits that stem from being balanced and functional, such as: lowering the risk of heart disease, balanced hormone control, increased bone density, joint strength, and mobility etc, etc.
At Unlimited Fitness, your very own movement pattern breakdowns are established during your initial health profile. A specifically personalised 15-minute warm-up routine will be structured by your trainer to improve posture and enhance functionality, reduce risk of injury or overcome a pre-existing injury. Then depending on your goal, you'll focus on results like hypertrophy, strength and/or weight loss. This includes private nutrition assistance and results driven accountability.
The personal training options include:

· 1on1 sessions.
· 1on2 sessions.
· 30 minute or 45 minute sessions – you choose.
· Lock in the same time each week to suit your schedule or…
… book an available time online if you need more flexibility.
· Nutrition tracking and consultation with your trainer.
· A focus trainer to closely follow your progress and goals.


Use our online appointment book and enjoy the freedom to choose your trainer and session times. Our trainers can work together, so you receive the most accurate fitness program based on the input from each trainers, giving you greater fitness improvements.


Our friendly studio environment welcomes only two clients per session, so there's never any big crowds or line-ups waiting for equipment.

Hours of operation for this exclusive service are by appointment. Our usual training times are:

 

Monday to Friday 5:30am till 10:30am & 3pm till 8:30pm

Saturday 7am till 11am
